Avocado Banana Smoothie

Breakfast… one of the healthiest, yet hardest meals for me to have everyday. I am never hungry in the morning! I have to force myself to eat something. It’s either I’m not hungry or I’m just being super lazy to get up and make anything. If you are one of those people then this recipe is for you! It is one of the fastest recipes you can think of. It involves throwing what you have in the kitchen into a fast blender.

When I moved to my new apartment, my Mom bought be a Bella Blender. It works like magic! Two individual sized glasses, plug in the machine, twist the glass on, and it will be finished in a minute. My new favorite device — Thanks Mom!

Avocado Banana Smoothie

Servings: 4 servings

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

4 Bananas

1 Granny Apple (large)

2 Tbsp Honey

1 Avocado

2 1/2 Cups Milk

Pinch of Cinammon

6 Ice Cubes

Directions:

Cut the bananas in half and along with the apple and avocado.

Depending on the blender you use, I had to use half of each in two batches because the bella blender is small, add your ingredients and blend well!

Serve in desired glass!
