Guacamole is one of my favorite snacks. Its healthy when made fresh and filling! Avocados are considered fruits and are used to make guacamole. They are also known as alligator pears. The fats that are in avocados are good fats, high range of unsaturated fats. They are also a good source of fiber, vitamin B6, vitamin K, vitamin C, and potassium. Avocados help with arthritis and has a wide range of benefits as an anti-inflammatory.
