1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1-2 lbs Ground Turkey (Chicken or Beef is fine for substitution as well)

4 Shallots (medium, diced small)

1 Tbsp Red Chili Pepper

1 cube Bouillon

1 Jalapeno Pepper (or Serrano, minced)

1 1/2 tsp Cumin

Add oil to a skillet or saute pan on medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and saute for a couple of minutes, making sure you break the turkey apart as it cooks. Once the turkey looks a little cooked, add the shallots and garlic. Toss for another couple of minutes.

Add the jalapeno pepper, bouillon, and red chili powder. Saute for a minute then add the chicken broth.

Now add the remaining spices. (Add the spinach here if using it) Saute for 2 minutes and serve.
