Peach Jell-O with French Vanilla Pudding

Quick.Easy.Fast.Fun.Delicious.Light

This dessert is a very light, fresh, and tasteful dessert for a large group.

I wanted to make a small Jell-O dessert and my uncle wanted a pudding type for Thanksgiving. Instead of making two separate desserts, that might not be touched due to the fulness of everyone from dinner, I combined the two and made a yummy sauce to top it off! It was a hit! It’s not low on sugar, unfortunately, but it is light. Perfect small dessert to have after a huge and belly-filling dinner.

Peach Jell-O with French Vanilla Pudding

Servings: 40-50 servings (Shooter Glasses)

Total Time: 1 day

Ingredients:

2 Peach Jell-O Boxes (5.1 oz.)

3 French Vanilla Pudding Jell-O Boxes (3 oz.)

Persimmons Sauce

2 Boxes Rasperries

Directions:

Make the Peach Jell-O and place 3 Tablespoons in each shooter glass.

Place them into the fridge for 4-5 hours. (However long it’ll take for the Jell-O to set enough to put something on top of it)

Once those 4 hours are up, make the French Vanilla pudding Jell-O. Place another 3 Tablespoons in each shooter glass.

Again place them into the fridge, but only for 2 hours this time.
