Mango Milkshakes with Chocolate Rims

As a child I loved milkshakes. I still like them, but not as much as I did when I was younger. I will have milk by the gallons though. I’ll drink milk with just about anything.

Milkshakes are definitely tasty treats and may not be my most favorite sweet choice, but if you put mango in it, I will have it in a flash!  In fact, if mango is put in just about anything I will have it! I LOVE mango! Mango milkshakes, mango lassis, mango chicken, mango salad,…mango, mango, mango!

For my friend’s bridal shower, I wanted to make one dessert that had mango blended into it. I decided to go with the Indian styled drink called mango lassi. Then I thought that it would be too typical. I saw a recipe for a milkshake online with raspberry and acai, and it then clicked in my head — MANGO MILKSHAKE! The idea was perfect!
